SUBJECT COMBINATIONS

 
Honours courses:
 
Student has to select one subject as honours from the pool of subjects provided by the college. Two core papers of this subject are to be taken during the first semester.
 Student has to choose one subject as Generic Elective (GE) from a pool of subjects provided for a particular Honours. One paper of this GE subject is to be taken during the first semester. The student will have the freedom to change the GE subject in the subsequent semesters.
 Environmental Science (ENVSa compulsory paper for all students in the first semester.
 
 
Programme courses (for Science):
 
 Student has to select one subject to pursue the programme in from the pool of subjects provided by the college. One core paper of this subject is to be taken during the first semester.
 Student has to choose two other subjects from two different pools of subjects provided for a particular programme. One paper of each of these subjects is to be taken during the first semester. The student will have the freedom to change these subjects in the subsequent semesters.
 Environmental Science (ENVS) is a compulsory paper for all students in the first semester.
 
 
Programme courses (for Arts and Commerce):
 
 Student has to select one subject (Discipline – I) to pursue the programme in from the pool of subjects provided by the college. One core paper of this subject is to be taken during the first semester.
 Student has to choose one other subject (Discipline - II) from the pool of subjects provided for a particular programme. The student will have the freedom to change these subjects in the subsequent semesters.
 One AECC paper from a pool of languages during the first semester.
 Environmental Science (ENVS) is a compulsory paper for all students in the first semester.
